Refund and Cancellation Policy
The service agreement for 24/7 PC RESCUE™ has a duration of 24 hours. This period begins from the commencement date, date of order, or date of payment, whichever comes first. Importantly, this applies only to purchases made directly through 24/7 PC RESCUE™ services.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the services, they can request a full refund of the annual fee within the first two (2) days after the commencement date, as long as they have not already utilized the support services.
The customer has the right to request an early interruption of the order by providing written notice to 24/7 PC RESCUE™ via electronic mail at support@247pcrescue.com.
We consider the following:
24/7 PC RESCUE™ is obligated to deliver services as specified in the order. If they fail to do so, it constitutes a breach of their commitment.
24/7 PC RESCUE™ is required to address support requests within five (5) days from the date of the customer’s request, as communicated via their sales email. If they fail to do so, it constitutes a breach of their commitment.
24/7 PC RESCUE™ customers dissatisfied with the services have the option to request cancellation or a refund before the completion of the support incident. It is advisable to communicate this request to us as soon as possible.
24/7 PC RESCUE™ commits to processing all refund and cancellation requests within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the request. However, any delay in the transfer of funds (if applicable) due to the time taken by banking systems or credit card companies is beyond their control. Additionally, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ retains the right to deduct charges for services already provided to the customer.
The customer is aware that if they initiate an unwarranted charge-back request with their card company after using the services, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ has the authority to challenge these charges by providing all relevant documents, emails, and call recordings to the relevant authorities. Additionally, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ reserves the right to recover any costs incurred during the dispute process.
If the customer fails to compensate these charges, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ reserves the right to appoint legal representatives in the customer’s location or country of residence. These representatives will then pursue the dispute and/or claim legally on behalf of the company. The associated costs, including legal fees, bank charges, and attorney expenses, will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Fee
24/7 PC RESCUE™ imposes a cancellation fee of $49.99 for all monthly plan service cancellations. If you decide to cancel, keep this fee in mind.
